Review on Drone DNA 250C Mod

Le 12/06/2019

The Drone DNA 250C by Lost Vape will come in an elegant black box with chrome lettering and logo design in the form of a triangular prism.

Inside the Mod is available by us, an extra bottle, the USB wire, the OTG one, the guarantee coupon, and the English consumer manual.

Specifications:

For the detailed technical specs, you can travel to Drone DNA 250C for details.

Let's focus on the aesthetic aspect.

The Drone DNA 250C may be the new version of the previous 166w model.  Initially, it might appear almost identical to the old version. I will later explain. There are various differences.

The Mod in my own possession has and matte dark coloring amber, with sharp lines, but with rounded corners appropriately.

It is an extremely narrow package mod visibly. For a selection of stylistic continuity and the DNA Color chip size, the Mod is visibly high and has the highest Mod bf dual battery in the marketplace probably.

In the front, the activation is found by us button, the classic DNA Color display, which is well legible and organized, and surmounts the three up / down keys/menu, the USB socket for charging and the bond to Escribe via PC.

In the upper portion, the cup is available by us fixed by two screws located under a plastic cap. It allows to host atoms up to about 38mm.

Display and functions:

The infinite potential of the DNA Color circuit has been widely discussed currently.

Make use of and personal impressions:

A maximum is delivered by the Mod of 200w. The dispensing is great as usual for DNA circuits. Good activation battery and speed management.

This Box Mod gets the same sizes as the prior model, but I think it is newer and appealing aesthetically, in the amber versions specifically.

The other important improvement that is designed to this historic model has been the considerable weight reduction, made possible by the utilization of aluminum for the frame and the massive use of plastic materials in the external parts, such as for example polycarbonate and not Ultem, since it is or slyly recommended by Shed Vape itself mistakenly.

By removing the trunk mask, which includes two magnets and interlocking parts, and I'd have preferred to become a bit more "solid", you may access the electric battery compartment with the strap and the compartment that homes the bottle, separated from one another by a proper bulkhead.

The extraction and insertion of both 18650s, both with the positive poles facing upwards, is simple, while among the bottles is less so slightly,  to be extracted it should be "pinched" with two fingers.

The bottle, unlike the old version, is made of silicone and is quite soft.
It really is a proprietary bottle possesses about 8ml of liquid, although you may use other bottles with the same size (18mm), but which is a little shorter rather than have the same capability normally.

The positioning of the bottle obliges us to use your thumb to squonk. I would have favored a bigger window slightly, both high and wide, to facilitate squonking, which could have been easily feasible by increasing how big is the home window in the mask, without changing other things.

The Box Mod is ergonomic extremely, very light. Built with the Chip DNA 250C, it is among the best on the market certainly.

Today these features make it, probably the most performing and interesting Package Mod bf dual electric batteries on the market.

Details Introduction on Vgod Elite Mech mod

Le 05/06/2019

Introduction

VGOD as many people reading this will know are what i certainly consider a high end vape manufacturer at a not too high end price point from the US. Known for his or her Elite and Pro ranges of mechanical and regulated gadgets which also include RDA's, RDTA's and also the Pro Subtank have also ventured into developing e-liquid and also offer classy outfits at very reasonable prices. The Elite mech mod has been released for about a year now, but as someone who has generally loved the photos of it i jumped at the opportunity to give it a look.

Contents:

1 x VGOD Elite Mech Mod
1 x VGOD Rigid Shell Carry Case
1 x Spare Fire Spring
1 x Copper VGOD Shield Badge
1 x Elite Mod Manual & Sticker Pack

Aesthetics and Ergonomics

The Elite Mech comes in cardboard box packaging with a cardboard sleeve, within the box is a shell zipped carry case that houses the mod along with the included items. The mod is certainly Copper with a Black Cerakote coating which gives the Elite fine grip, the bottom section is the switch housing that screws into the base, the exterior is normally bare Copper and the press pad is woven Carbon fiber. On one aspect of the mod there is a shield shape cut in to the mod which houses a VGOD badge which looks similar to a car badge. The other side of the Mod has the "VGOD" logo in large cut out from the Black coating to reveal the Copper underneath. The top offers threading for your atty's and is an hybrid connection, the surround provides engraved branding. The shape is not the usual tubular but flairs out in the centre and tapers to both the top and base of the mod. I found the shape very ergonomic, and aesthetically this is ideal up my street but then that's entirely subjective. When it comes to build quality and the materials used i can't fault the Elite, very impressed.

VGOD Elite Specs and Features:

Size 24x85mm
Material: Copper, Cerakote coating
VGOD Elite Crest Design
Deep Set VGOD Engraving
Diameter: 24mm
Height: 85mm
510 Hybrid Connection
Floating Battery Adjustment
Single High Drain 18650 (Not included)
Gold Plated Copper Contact
Aerospace Carbon Fiber Switch
Plastic Tube Place for Battery Protection
Colour: Black

Extras

The VGOD Elite has a couple of stickers, a nice tie pin that matches the badge on the mech, spare spring and the excellent shell carry case. The carry case is usually fastened with a zipper and has pockets and additional useful compartments to hold spare batteries, other mods and simply a general convenient box to house your mods when travelling!

Safety

This is probably the most important section even if not vast in content. Unless you are an experience vaper and have done your homework on mechanical devices as well as having sound knowledge of ohms rules i would recommend staying clear and sticking to regulated devices. Obvious safety facts to point out is make sure any atty being used is hybrid safe which means it has a protruding 510 pin that is not self adjusting, if both positive pin and harmful casing of the pin come into contact with the battery at the same time you have big problems. Also know ohms laws and build within safe limits checking the resistant on a trusted device or ohms reader before putting onto the device. Make sure you use high drain batteries that are secure with the resistant builds you do and actually if their is definitely a plastic lining inside a mechanical device still don't use electric batteries with any rips to the wraps, coatings and linings are their to try and add safety but are not their as an excuse to take risks. Finally avoid atty's that are shorting risks as obviously unlike a regulated gadget there are no protections that kick in.

The Switch

There is nothing revolutionary about the switch it's just made very well, so smooth. The switch is slightly recessed and needs sensible force to activate which i prefer on a mech. The outside of the switch where you press can be woven carbon fiber and the change uses a very sturdy spring to push the solid copper contact to engage with the battery to fire (a spare spring is included). When you remove the switch section you can observe it includes a self adjusting ring so you will see no electric battery rattle or movement, this band offers venting on the surround. Opening the change see's that the threading and spring provides been well lubricated which is certainly possibly just how noticeable the smoothness of the change is.

Other Points

The Elite mech mod is a hybrid connection as already mentioned, also the inside of the mech has a solid plastic wall to help with safety, another thing to note is how thick the Copper is, extremely impressed. After quite a bit of use today i can report the durability of the Black Cerakote finish is impressive (as good as new) i just is waiting impatiently now for the Copper to Climate. If there is any fault to find is certainly that the "VGOD" large logo on the side includes a clear coating to stop that weathering and keep it a shiny Copper colour which has just started to peel off, although once completely off i will actually prefer it why put it on in the first place if it's not durable?

My Encounter Using The VGOD Elite

I don't do all the tech stuff as i have no equipment so can't report on voltage drop, but i've basically reviewed the Elite as a personal vaping experience. I don't have an abundance of mechanical devices to make comparisons but without doubt the Elite gives better performance than the other half a dozen i do have. The switch once again is very nice and clean and i experienced no misfires. The self adjusting ring does it's job and no battery rattle whatsoever, i just have thoroughly enjoyed using it. The bulged form of the device proves not to be simply aesthetic as it is very comfortable ergonomically and the Cerakote finish provides it great grip.

Review on Advken Manta Subohm Tank

Le 29/05/2019

Advken have been on the top of my list for tanks for a while now and I’ve tried the RTA and the MTL, even though it’s not my go to choice. But when they said they were bringing out a sub ohm tank I was really interested in this design and though it would be a great addition to any collection and it sure is, let’s take a look…

Out the Box

The Manta comes in 2 different colour options for the 25mm overall tank, that’s right just 2 Black & Silver, with a nice honeycomb resin drip in the contrasting colour. The price is $30USD, which is about £25GBP. This is a decent price for a new tank and an excellent contender in all areas.

The tank has a 4.5ml honeycomb bubble with an extra spare glass which is a pearlescent design. There are loads of spare O-Rings and a spare coil, which is usually mesh included within the Doctor coil bags.

Along with the warranty card and all the other instructions to cover. Not a lot in this packet this time as it a sample test piece but I’m pretty sure there will be either a rubber spacer for the TPD when it goes on general sale.

The Build

I’ve got to say they have made this kit really well and its one of the best well-produced tanks I have at present. I cannot fault it at all. Th finish is great along with the overall sealing of all the glass. I did opt for the glass rather than the honeycomb as I felt you couldn’t gauge the last bit of liquid in the container best to be safe. So, I’ve tried the tank in numerous stages a below;

50w - once primed I ramped it up and it took a while to warm the juice once warmed it gave off huge flavour but small clouds and took about a good second to get any production really.
60w - a much better production of cloud and flavour was still there and noticeable. Once I had got around the initial flavour of a fresh coil.
70w - cloud was great, and the flavour was cracking the battery lasted an age on the Drag,
75w - this was my spot and We enjoyed it however, it did get to the point where it did burn slightly so I would recommend going down to about 60-65w

The priming of the wick is really about 5-10minutes as the holes are quite small. It took about 30 puffs before the flavour was nice and desirable. The cotton is pretty tight, and it does focus mainly on the draw of the liquid.

The airflow is actually huge, as per the Manta RTA and the clouds are produced well, which gives this a good flavour. The airflow can be too big when it is on the lower wattages, but it still performs well.

Pros
· High grade build
· Beautiful Resin tip
· Slide action, top refill
· Beautiful looks
· Long lasting coils
· Good flavour

Cons
· Can leak easily if not vaped over a long time, recommend sealing the airflow
· Airflow could be noisy and whistle

Conclude

I really enjoyed using the Advken Manta Sub Ohm Tank it’s among the best discrete tanks I’ve used with a very good capacity. I managed to take it to a gig and I didn’t fell lumped with a huge tank and feel oddly. Its 100% a go to choice when I go for a tank. It simply makes the drag look less big now.

Now would I buy it? Yeah, I really would its great looks sharp and attractive to other mods and is a great allrounder. I do think they need to be getting some new coils out like dual or maybe triple if it can handle it or even opting for a standard coil it would work, and it could work well. Please go out there and try it if you haven’t already it will be a great addition to any persons.

Review on Cool Fire Mini Kit

Le 22/05/2019

I received this small Coolfire mini starter package from the good people at the time of review.

This stater kit includes the 2ml UK compliant zenith MTL tank that was designed together with Youtube reviewer and mouth to lung fan, Phil Busardo.

The included mod is a little version of the typical Coolfire 4 mod, with 40w result (variable wattage and voltage) but because of its size, it includes a slightly smaller 1300mah built-in battery compared to the original that had a 2000mah electric battery. You also have a comprehensive instruction manual, USB charging cable, and two coils. One may be the 1.6-ohm coil and the additional 0.5ohm mesh plexus MTL coil.

All beautifully boxed with Innokin and a warranty is included. As you can see these photos. It's amazingly small and discretely disappears in the smallest pocket and in the Palm for a few stealth vaping. The construction of the tiny kit is high grade without a gap between mod and tank and zero rattles anywhere. The screen is nice and apparent without clutter and you will be able to get to know the place where you are. It includes a soft top-fill program and the most common easy-to-use system where you do not have to empty the container when the coil continues on. Airflow is simply controlled by a ring system in the bottom of the tank.

The juice window is quite clear to your juice level. In addition, it matches the screen is nice and apparent without clutter and you will be able to get to know the place where you are. In addition, it matches the mod box flawlessly (a 3ml version of the package is available from sourcemore).
This review was such a long time quite simply because of the fact that I've enjoyed it so much. I've picked this up each and every time. I'm leaving home during the last month. It's a pleasure to use in any pocket. I've bought a few extra coils I take advantage of a mana bush liquid that may be a coil killer and both coil variations I have used the last half of the day (the 1.6 ohms had done a week before).

The plexus 0.5-ohm coils can be a tad warm within an MTL setting so i discovered 15w to be more in the mesh design. Having said that I did not choose the standard coils. Look what may i say? I really like this little kit and it will be grateful to provide it away.

Flavor is a better than the Nautilus 2 for me but it is not a pin sharp while a good RTA just like the Hastur mini, but also for convenience, it's better. You can really catch these folks at sourcemore.
